  • Ensure that the design process is followed and improved.

  • Communicate with customers for input and feedback to products and perform demonstrations.

  • Train Technical Support Team of all our customers as necessary in new products and revisions.

  • Technical assistance for the consultants, Contractors and Owners during the design phase.

  • Visiting projects sites for the technical assistance for contractors whenever needed.

  • Coordinating with the technical office during the design phase to get the optimum design economically and professionally.

  • Helping all customers in the installation phase especially when it comes to the control and central control systems.

  • Answers all the calls regarding any defects regarding all our products and to give orders to be changed for free if it is still under warranty.
